We’ve had several reports of parents not receiving password reset emails from Infinite Campus. This usually happens because the account security email is not verified. Infinite Campus will not send reset links to unverified emails.
How to verify your email:
- Log into Parent Portal and click the person icon (top right)
- Select Settings ? Account Settings
- Click Resend Verification Email
- Open the email and click the verification link
